Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate, the Chicago-based real estate firm that purchased the majority of the commercial property in Avon last summer, continues to live up to its promise of bringing vibrancy to the community.  In addition to the positive changes in the Avon economy, the firm has plans to increase traffic in the local area by improving its walkability.

  • ID-100152356The Benchmark building is nearly 100% leased and local sources indicate that sales in the area continue to rise.  Many improvements from updating the surrounding pavement to painting have been made stimulating foot traffic.
  • There are plans to make walking between Loaded Joe’s and Fiesta Jalisco more user friendly with the addition of several bronze statues flanking a landscaped path linking the spaces.
  • As for crossing Avon Road, the real estate firm is discussing converting the existing railway bridge to a pedestrian friendly walkway.  Avon residents and visitors can look forward to overall improvements in  the older part of town.  These changes will continue to make living in Avon, CO an attractive real estate option.
